These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between MILADY LLC (operating under the brand Milaprint) and you – our customer, governing your entire use of the website and online purchase of T-shirt products. We establish these regulations to ensure a transparent, fair, and secure transaction environment for all users in the United States market. By continuing to access, browse, or use any part of the Milaprint service, you explicitly confirm that you have thoroughly read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein, including compliance with detailed supporting policies such as the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping, and Payment policies. Milaprint is a U.S.-based business, and all transactions are governed by U.S. law.
1. Gateway to the Milaprint World: Acceptance and Effectiveness of Terms
Accessing the Milaprint website and engaging in any purchase, sale, or interaction on this platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these entire Terms of Service. This agreement is deemed effective immediately and applies throughout your use of our website. We require that you be of legal age under U.S. state and federal law to conduct transactions and simultaneously commit that all personal or payment information provided during registration or purchase is completely accurate, truthful, complete, and maintained updated in real-time.
We, MILADY LLC, reserve the right to unilaterally change, modify, or update any part of these Terms of Service at any time we deem necessary, without being obliged to send separate notifications to individual users. These changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued access and use of the Milaprint website after such changes are publicly announced will be considered your acceptance and agreement to the revised terms. Therefore, it is your responsibility to regularly check and review the updates on this page to ensure you are always aware of the current binding terms.
2. Copyright and Respect for Intellectual Property
All components constituting the Milaprint website and our products are considered exclusive and valuable intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to, the brand logo, computer graphics, product images, descriptive texts, website structure (layout), and any software source code used to operate the service. All this property is solely owned by Milaprint (MILADY LLC) or has been legally licensed, and is strictly protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and relevant international treaties.
The right of use we grant you is limited to the personal, non-commercial purpose of purchasing and using T-shirt products. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, public display, modification, creation of derivative works, or exploitation of Milaprint's content or designs for any other commercial purpose without the explicit, written consent from the MILADY LLC Management is strictly prohibited. Any violation of our intellectual property rights will be considered a serious infringement, and we will not hesitate to take all necessary legal measures to protect our assets and claim damages as provided by current law.
3. Transaction Rules and Contract Formation: Ensuring Accuracy
When you place an order through the Milaprint shopping platform, this action is understood as you making an irrevocable offer to purchase the listed products at the determined price. Immediately upon successful order placement, we will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request; however, it should be noted that this email is merely an administrative notice and is not considered the final acceptance of your purchase offer.
The legally binding sales contract between you and Milaprint is only formally established at the time we complete payment processing, confirm the order can be fulfilled, and send an email notification confirming that the product has been handed over to the shipping partner. Milaprint reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, especially in cases of inventory errors, pricing data entry errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other insurmountable technical errors. If we are forced to cancel an order after you have completed payment, you will be fully and promptly refunded the entire amount paid.
4. Secure Payment Mechanism: Financial Data Security
Milaprint is committed to providing a payment process that is not only convenient but also secure for customers in the U.S. market. Accordingly, all your payment transactions are processed exclusively through PayPal's secure, high-level encrypted payment gateway. This system applies whether you choose to pay directly via your personal PayPal Account or use the Guest Checkout option to pay with a Credit/Debit Card (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
The use of the PayPal gateway ensures that Milaprint never has the right to store, access, or directly process your sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers or security codes. Your data is end-to-end encrypted and processed in a professional third-party security environment. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, has sufficient funds, and that you are the owner or legally authorized to use that method.
In the event of a payment failure, we recommend you prioritize double-checking the accuracy of all entered information, including card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code, and complete the 3D Secure verification step (OTP) required by your bank. If the issue persists, you need to immediately contact the issuing bank to check for security restrictions or spending limits that may be applied, hindering the transaction with Milaprint.
5. Shipping Commitment and Disclaimer: Delivery Risk Management
Milaprint's shipping service is designed to ensure reliability and transparency, serving all 50 states in the United States. Following an order processing phase of 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), we hand over the products to leading shipping partners such as UPS and FedEx. Estimated domestic shipping time is 7–10 business days, bringing the total expected delivery time to be within 8–12 business days from the time of successful order placement.
It is important to emphasize that the delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Milaprint is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, serious issues from the carrier (UPS, FedEx), or a sudden surge in order volume during peak seasons like Black Friday. Furthermore, for safety and accuracy, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military/special areas (APO/FPO/DPO).
The customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the shipping address information provided is completely accurate, valid, and complete at the time of placing the order. Milaprint will not be liable and has no obligation to refund or resend products for orders that are lost or returned to the warehouse due to incorrect or inaccurate address information resulting from customer error. If an order is significantly delayed beyond the expected timeframe (12 business days), you need to contact us via email for timely assistance.
6. Return & Refund Policy: Time Frame and Conditions for Returns
We are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and support a flexible 35-day period from the date of delivery for you to request an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied. This policy is divided into two clear groups: Defective Cases (free exchange/return) and Change of Mind Cases (customer bears shipping costs). The key term is that for errors caused by Milaprint (defective, damaged, wrong item, or confirmed lost product), we will prioritize a quick resolution by sending a free replacement product without requiring you to return the faulty item.
Important Note on Order Cancellation/Modification: You have 8 hours from the time of successful order placement to submit a request to change order details (e.g., size, color, address) or cancel the entire order. For any requests submitted after this 8-hour window, Milaprint unfortunately cannot accommodate them because your order has already been moved to the immediate production and processing queue to ensure delivery time. We recommend thoroughly checking your cart and information before completing the payment.
For a return/exchange request to be accepted, the product must meet the Mandatory Conditions: the request must be submitted within 35 days, the product must be unused, unwashed, intact, and complete with original tags. Milaprint refuses to process requests if they are submitted after 35 days, the product shows signs of being used/washed, is damaged due to misuse, or is missing tags. Especially for Change of Mind cases, Milaprint only supports an Exchange for a different size/color and absolutely does not apply a Refund; the customer will be fully responsible for all two-way shipping costs incurred.
7. Limitation of Liability and Warranty: Transparency on Risk
Milaprint provides the website and all T-shirt products "as-is" and "as-available". We, MILADY LLC, make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of our products and service. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, virus-free, or operate continuously without incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, Milaprint and our affiliate, directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service. Milaprint's sole and maximum cumulative liability for any claim or cause of action related to the product will always be limited to the total value of the purchased product that directly caused the claim, not exceeding the specific order value.
8. Prohibited Conduct and User Obligations: Principle of Respect
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Milaprint website for the personal purpose of purchasing products. However, you commit not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited acts include:
Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, threatening, or violates the privacy rights of others. Any dissemination of computer viruses, Trojans, or any other malicious code or disruptive software designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware is strictly prohibited. Absolutely prohibited are any attempts to gain unauthorized access to computer systems, accounts, or networks connected to Milaprint through hacking, password mining, or any other means. If you violate any terms in this section, Milaprint reserves the right to immediately terminate your access and use of the service, and may provide your information to law enforcement agencies if necessary.
9. Indemnification and Governing Law: Dispute Resolution Foundation
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Milaprint (MILADY LLC), our parent companies, subsidiaries, as well as our directors, officers, employees, and partners harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) arising from or related to: your violation of any term of this agreement; your improper use of Milaprint products; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where MILADY LLC is headquartered in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal proceedings or dispute resolution procedures between you and Milaprint will be exclusively brought and resolved in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for litigation purposes.
10. Refund Process and Quick Handling: Commitment to Cash Flow
Milaprint commits that, in cases eligible for a refund under the Return & Refund Policy, we will process the refund transaction on our system within 24 business hours immediately after your request is approved by the support team.
However, the actual time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited to your original account or payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit/Debit Card) is beyond Milaprint's control. Typically, this process will take 3–8 business days, depending on the processing policy of your issuing bank or payment service provider. You should contact your bank or payment service provider if the refund has not been credited after this timeframe.
11. Integrity of the Agreement: Priority of Application
These Terms of Service, together with the documents explicitly referenced therein (including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Payment Methods), constitute the entire agreement between you and Milaprint concerning your use of the website and product purchase. This agreement supersedes all prior communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Milaprint.
In the event that any term of this agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that term shall be modified to achieve its original objective to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining terms of the agreement will remain in full force and effect and be fully enforceable. Milaprint's failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
12. Updates and Changes to Terms: Obligation to Monitor
Milaprint reserves the unilateral and absolute right to modify, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without specific individual notice. However, if the modification is deemed "material" (in our assessment), we will endeavor to provide appropriate notice on the website or via email (if available) at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
Your continued access or use of our website after the effective date of such change will be considered non-retroactive acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to periodically review this page for changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must immediately cease using or accessing the Milaprint website.
