Milaprint, a brand owned by MILADY LLC, is committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services to our customers in the United States market.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping services to all 50 states across the United States.
Important Address Note: To ensure your order is delivered safely and timely, we cannot deliver to the following addresses:
- P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes).
- Military or special zones (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
2. Our Shipping Partners
We collaborate with leading carriers in the United States to ensure quality service. Our primary shipping partners include:
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx (Federal Express)
Depending on the size, weight of the order, and the delivery address, Milaprint will select the most suitable partner to optimize delivery time.
3. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Milaprint operates from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and major US Holidays). Business days are counted from Monday to Friday.
3.1. Order Processing Time
Once payment is complete and the order is confirmed, our team will begin the preparation process:
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and is ready to be handed over to the shipping partner.
3.2. Estimated Shipping Time
After being handed over to the carrier, the estimated time for your T-shirt to reach you is:
- US Domestic Shipping: 7–10 business days
3.3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total time you receive your order, calculated from successful placement, will be the sum of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
- Total Estimated Time: 8–12 business days
4. Shipping Costs
We apply a fixed and transparent shipping fee for every order, regardless of quantity:
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99
This fee will be clearly displayed on the Shopping Cart page and the final Checkout page before you complete your transaction.
5. Order Tracking
Notification: As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your Tracking Number.
Update: Tracking information will be updated on the carrier's website within 24 hours from the moment you receive the shipping notification email.
You can track your order directly on the UPS or FedEx website using the provided Tracking Number.
6. Disclaimer & Influencing Factors
The delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Milaprint asks for your understanding that the shipping process may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
- Large sales events leading to a sudden surge in order volume (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
- Incidents or delays from the carrier (UPS, FedEx).
- Inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is complete and accurate from the start. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to address errors.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the total estimated time (12 business days), please contact us immediately for assistance.
