Milaprint, an online T-shirt store owned by MILADY LLC, is committed to providing quality products and an excellent shopping experience for customers in the United States market. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Order Change & Cancellation Policy
At Milaprint, we understand that you may change your mind shortly after placing an order. Therefore, we allow customers to change or cancel their orders within 8 hours from the time the order is placed.
You have 8 hours from the order placement time to request a change (such as updating size, color, or shipping address) or to cancel your order. Please send an email to [email protected] including your Order ID and the details of your change or cancellation request. Once this 8-hour window has passed, Milaprint is unable to modify or cancel your order, as it has already entered our production and fulfillment process.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure timely production and delivery of your order.
Flexible Return/Exchange Period: 35 Days
You have 35 days from the delivery date to submit a request for an exchange or a refund. Any requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
1. Eligible Cases for Returns/Refunds
We accept requests for returns/exchanges/refunds in the following circumstances:
Faulty Case (Free Return/Exchange)
- Product is defective due to manufacturing or damaged during shipping.
- Product is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design) compared to the order placed.
- Product received is significantly different from the description on the website.
- Order is lost and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Change-of-Mind Case (Customer pays shipping costs)
- Customer wishes to exchange for a different size, color, or T-shirt design.
- Customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product.
Important Note: In cases of error caused by Milaprint (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items), you do not need to return the faulty item, and we will cover all associated costs to send a replacement.
2. Mandatory Product Conditions
For a return or exchange request to be approved, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 35 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must have the original tag/label attached (if applicable).
Cases for Refusal (Returns/Refunds Not Accepted)
We cannot process a return or refund request if:
- The request is submitted after 35 days from the delivery date.
- The product has been used/washed.
- The product is damaged due to misuse.
- The customer requests a Refund in a Change-of-Mind case (only exchanges are applicable, no refunds).
- The product is not intact or is missing the original tag/label (if applicable).
3. Request Submission Process for Returns/Refunds

3.1. For Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Products
If the product is faulty, we prioritize a quick resolution without requiring you to return the product:
Step 1: Send an email including: Order ID and a detailed description of the issue.
Step 2: Attach clear photos and/or videos showing the product's issue.
Step 3: After verification, we will proceed with:
- Sending a replacement product completely free of charge (Milaprint covers shipping costs) OR
- Issuing a refund of the order value (including original shipping costs).
3.2. For Exchanges Due to Change-of-Mind
If you wish to exchange for a different size/color due to a change of mind, Milaprint will support the exchange, but a refund is not applicable in this case.
- Cost Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering all two-way shipping costs (to return the old product and to ship the new product).
- Process: After sending the request email and receiving approval from Milaprint, you will be provided with the detailed return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safety.
4. Refund Process
Processing Time: We commit to processing the refund on our system within 24 hours after your request is approved.
Time to Receive Funds: The refund will be credited back to your original account or payment method. The actual time usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider (PayPal/Credit Card).
