Question 1: What is the total time for me to receive the shirt, starting from the moment the order is successfully placed?

The delivery time is divided into two phases. The first phase is Order Processing Time (1–2 business days), which begins immediately after payment is confirmed. The second phase is Shipping Time (7–10 business days). In total, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 8–12 business days after placing the order. Please note that this is an estimated time, and minor delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, major sales events) may occur.

Question 2: Does Milaprint ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Currently, to ensure smooth and reliable delivery through our main shipping partners, UPS and FedEx, we cannot accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes and special or military area addresses (such as APO/FPO/DPO). Please provide a complete and valid home or office address so that your order can be processed and delivered to you safely and timely.

Question 3: What is the shipping fee for an order?

Milaprint applies a very transparent Flat Rate Shipping policy. Whether you buy one shirt or multiple shirts, the fixed shipping fee for your entire order remains $6.99. This fee will be clearly displayed on the Shopping Cart page and the final Checkout page before you complete the transaction, making it easy for you to see the total purchase cost.

Question 4: How can I track my order, and when does the tracking information become active?

Immediately after your order is packed and handed over to the shipping partner (UPS or FedEx), the system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email. This email contains the Tracking Number and a direct link for you to check the status on the carrier's website. Please note that you need to wait about 24 hours from the time you receive the email for the carrier to scan the package and for their system to start displaying tracking data. It is completely normal for the tracking number not to show information instantly during this period.

Question 5: Can I change (size, color, address) or cancel an order after I have placed it?

We understand that you may change your mind right after placing an order. Milaprint supports requests to make changes (e.g., updating size, color, or shipping address) or cancel the order within 8 hours from the moment the order is successfully placed. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details of the change/cancellation request. After this 8-hour window closes, the order has been processed and can no longer be modified.

Question 6: How long is Milaprint's return/refund policy?

Milaprint offers a period of 35 days from the date you receive your order to submit a request for an exchange or refund. This is a long and comfortable period for you to inspect the product. Any request submitted after the 35th day will not be accepted. For your request to be approved, the product must be intact, unused, unwashed, and still have the original tag/label attached (if any).

Question 7: What should I do if I receive a faulty shirt (torn, wrong size, wrong color)? Do I have to send the faulty shirt back?

In cases where the product is faulty due to manufacturing, damaged during shipping, or the wrong product was sent compared to the order, this is considered a Faulty Case. You only need to send an email to [email protected] with your Order Number and clear photo/video showing the fault detail. Upon verification, Milaprint will immediately send a replacement product completely free of charge (including shipping fees) without requiring you to return the faulty product. Alternatively, we will refund the entire value of the order (including initial shipping fees) depending on your choice.

Question 8: Will I get a refund if I change my mind and no longer want the shirt?

In cases falling under "Change of Mind" (such as wanting to exchange the size, color, or simply no longer wanting the product), Milaprint supports you to exchange for a different product. However, please note that our policy stipulates that we only apply exchanges, not refunds, for these cases. This means you can choose another shirt of equivalent value to exchange, but you cannot receive cash back.

Question 9: If I want to exchange the size (because I chose the wrong size), who will pay the shipping fee? 

Size exchange due to customer error is classified as a Change of Mind Case. Milaprint will assist with the exchange process, but the customer will be responsible for all two-way shipping costs incurred during this process. That is, you will have to pay the cost to send the old shirt back to Milaprint's warehouse and then pay the shipping fee for Milaprint to send the new size shirt to you.

Question 10: What payment methods does Milaprint accept?

To ensure the security of all transactions, all Milaprint payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway. You have two main options: Pay directly using your PayPal Account, or pay using a Credit/Debit Card (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) without needing a PayPal account (via Guest Checkout).

Question 11: Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

You do not necessarily need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. On the checkout page, after selecting PayPal as the payment method, you can choose the "Pay with Credit/Debit Card" option. The transaction will still be secured through PayPal's system, but you can enter your card information directly without logging in or creating an account.

Question 12: What material are the T-shirts made of? Is the fabric thin?

For solid colors, we use 100% Combed and Ring-Spun Cotton, which provides a very smooth fabric surface and a soft feel when worn. Heather (blended) colors will be a blend fabric containing Polyester fibers. The shirt has a fabric weight of 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²), which is considered lightweight and extremely breathable, ideal for the weather in the US and ensuring comfort.

Question 13: Will the shirt shrink after washing?

We use fabric that has been treated through a Pre-shrunk process. This means the fabric has undergone controlled shrinkage before being sewn into a shirt, so the possibility of the shirt shrinking further after you wash it at home has been significantly minimized. However, to preserve the size, we still recommend adhering to the Washing and Drying Instructions (Use cold water and low-temperature drying).

Question 14: How should I wash and iron Milaprint T-shirts to keep them durable?

To ensure durability and best preserve the print, please:

  • Washing: Machine wash with cold water (maximum temperature 30°C) and select a gentle cycle. It is important to wash the shirt inside out and use a mild, Chlorine-free detergent (bleach).
  • Drying & Hanging: It is best to air dry naturally in the shade, away from direct sunlight. If using a dryer, select the low heat setting.
  • Ironing: Can be ironed with a steam iron or dry iron at a medium temperature. Absolutely do not iron directly on the printed area of the shirt to avoid damaging or peeling the design.
