Welcome to Milaprint. To ensure customer rights and transparency in all financial transactions within the United States market, we have established these Billing Terms & Conditions. Milaprint is owned and operated by MILADY LLC. By placing an order and completing a payment on our website, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the regulations below.

1. Secure and Diverse Payment Methods

At Milaprint, we prioritize the security of our customers' financial information. We use PayPal as our sole and most reputable intermediary payment gateway to process all transactions. Through PayPal's high-level encryption system, we accept two main forms of transaction:

Personal PayPal Account: Customers can log in and pay directly using their PayPal balance or linked bank account quickly.

Guest Checkout: For customers who do not use a PayPal wallet, you can pay using Credit or Debit cards. Our system fully supports international card networks including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. The entire card entry process is performed directly on PayPal's secure infrastructure, ensuring your information is protected by the strictest financial security standards.

2. Transaction Processing and Security Verification

All payment transactions on the Milaprint website are conducted in an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted environment. When you click the payment button, the system will redirect you to PayPal's secure gateway to complete the process.

Note: Sensitive information such as card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes (CVV) are processed directly by PayPal; Milaprint commits to never storing, accessing, or possessing any customer card data on our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend, review, or cancel orders showing signs of suspected fraud or inability to verify card holder information. An order is only officially moved to the production stage after the system records that the funds have been successfully and validly transferred.

3. Sales Tax Mechanism and Legal Responsibility

Sales Tax is a critical part of e-commerce regulations in the U.S. At Milaprint, the tax mechanism is established based on our headquarters in Colorado:

For customers in Colorado: Sales Tax will be automatically calculated based on your specific delivery address. This tax amount will be displayed transparently and in detail on the Checkout page before you confirm the final payment.

For customers in other states: If your delivery address is outside of Colorado, Milaprint will not collect Sales Tax directly on the invoice. However, this does not mean the transaction is completely tax-exempt. By law, you hold personal responsibility for self-declaring and paying Use Tax or related fees to the local tax authority where you reside.

4. Invoice Total Structure

To avoid any confusion or unexpected costs, Milaprint clearly defines the Total Amount structure. Your total payment will be calculated as follows:

Total Product Price + Flat Shipping Fee of $6.99 + Sales Tax (only if shipping to Colorado) = Invoice Total.

We strictly commit to no hidden fees, administrative fees, or transaction fees without prior notice. All payments are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For customers using foreign currency cards, the amount will be automatically converted according to the exchange rate of the issuing bank at the time of the successful transaction.

5. Order Cancellation and Information Adjustment

We understand that errors can occur during online shopping. Milaprint allows customers to request an order cancellation or changes to delivery addresses and product specifications (such as size or color) within the first 12 hours of the order being placed.

After this 12-hour window, the order officially enters the production and packaging process; therefore, we cannot implement any changes or accept late cancellation requests. Please send support requests to [email protected] with your Order ID in the subject line.

6. Anti-Fraud and Dispute (Chargeback) Policy

Milaprint values integrity and fairness. If we detect suspicious payment signs, unauthorized card use, or account takeover behavior, the order will be canceled immediately and reported to law enforcement if necessary.

In the event of a payment dispute (Chargeback) from a bank without a valid reason, we will provide full evidence of the transaction, shipping history, and delivery confirmation to protect the legal rights of MILADY LLC. We encourage customers to contact Milaprint support directly to resolve complaints before initiating a bank dispute.

7. Absolute Security of Financial Data

While all card payments are handled via PayPal, we apply the strictest cybersecurity standards to the entire Milaprint website. We commit that information such as customer names, billing addresses, and phone numbers are used only for transaction verification and shipping support. Milaprint strictly complies with U.S. privacy regulations, ensuring your personal information is not sold, traded, or disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes.

8. Right to Amend and Update Terms

Milaprint reserves the right to unilaterally change, supplement, or replace any content in these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with new U.S. laws or internal operational changes. These changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to check this page regularly for the latest updates before purchasing.
